This course is a generalised module around Equality & Diversity, based largely around the requirements of the Equality Act 2010.
Suitable for all staff, the training will leave employees with a full understanding of:
- What ‘Equality’ and ‘Diversity’ actually mean in the real world
- The essentials of the Equality Act 2010
- What this means to you as an employee / employer
- A look at the common misconceptions, misunderstandings and language used around disability
- An open discussion around how to make your workplace more inclusive and how to interact with people with disabilities
This course lasts around 2hrs and can be delivered to 5 – 50 members of staff at a time at your workplace (or an external venue if necessary).
