Understanding Autism, Aspergers, & Neuro-Diversity

This course provides an overview of these spectrum conditions.

Suitable for all staff, the training will help employees to understand:

• What a ‘Spectrum Condition’ is
• The difference between ‘Autism’, ‘Aspergers’ and ‘Neuro-Diverse’
• Common behaviours and shared characteristics of those on the spectrum
• A look at the common misconceptions, misunderstandings and language used around Spectrum Conditions
• An open discussion around how to make your workplace more inclusive and how to interact with people with these conditions

This course lasts around 2hrs and can be delivered to 5 – 50 members of staff at a time at your workplace (or an external venue if necessary).
